What CommRey is

CommRey is a listings platform. Property owners, agents, and brokers publish their own listings here, and buyers and tenants contact them directly. We are not a party to any transaction, we do not act as your broker, and we take no commission on a sale or a lease.

Nothing on this site creates a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship unless we agree to one separately in writing.

Listings are information, not an offer

Every listing is supplied by the person who published it. We review listings before they go live, but a review is not a survey, a title search, or a valuation, and it cannot confirm that a price, a floor area, or an ownership claim is accurate.

Verify anything you intend to rely on. Pull the title from the Registry of Deeds yourself, confirm zoning with the local government, and engage your own lawyer and geodetic engineer before you pay anything.

What you may publish

By uploading anything to CommRey you confirm that you have the right to publish it. In particular, you confirm that:

• You own the photographs you upload, or you have the owner’s permission to publish them. Photographs carrying another company’s watermark or branding are not permitted.
• The description is your own writing, or you have the right to use it. Text copied from another listing site is not permitted.
• You have not included another person’s name, licence number, or contact details without their consent, and you are not presenting another practitioner’s credentials as connected to your listing.
• You have not uploaded documents containing personal information about identifiable people, such as tax declarations, titles, or certificates naming private individuals.
• The property details, price, and location are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you will correct them when they change.

Reporting content: our takedown process

If you believe something published here infringes your copyright, uses your trademark, discloses your personal data, or misrepresents a property you own, write to support@commrey.com with the URL of the listing, what specifically is wrong, and how we can reach you. If the complaint concerns copyright, include enough detail to identify the original work and confirm that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them.

We will acknowledge your report, and where a complaint is credible on its face we will unpublish the content while we look into it rather than leave it up during the review. We will tell the person who published it what was reported and give them an opportunity to respond. Repeat infringement leads to account suspension.

This is a voluntary process operated in good faith. It does not limit any legal remedy available to you.

Accounts and plans

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

Free accounts may keep a limited number of active listings, and paid plans raise that limit. The current limits are shown on the publishing plans page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or republish listings or content from this site without our written permission.
• Submit false information, duplicate listings, or listings for property you have no right to market.
• Interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Use enquiry forms or contact details to send unsolicited marketing.

Limits on our liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that a transaction you pursue through it will complete.

To the extent Philippine law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss arising from your reliance on a listing published by someone else. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.

Your indemnity to us

If you publish something here that causes a claim against us, including a claim that your photographs, text, or property details infringed someone’s rights, you agree to cover the resulting costs and damages. This is the practical counterpart of the confirmations you gave when you uploaded it.

Changes, governing law, and venue

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
